READY TAP GO · THE DETAILS
Custom QR Code Signs for Businesses
Your next step, clearly displayed.
Custom QR code signs and stands with your logo, colors and destination link. Compare freestanding and flat-backed indoor designs, then request a production quote.
Create your sign
Choose the action before the artwork.
A useful QR sign tells a customer what will happen after they scan: view a menu, open your website, book an appointment or find your social profile. Start with the exact mobile-friendly destination and a short invitation that describes it. A generic “scan me” message gives less context than “View our menu” or “Book your next visit.”
A stand or a flat-backed plaque?
For an indoor reception desk, checkout or table, a freestanding sign can keep the invitation at eye level without fixing it to the surface. Choose A-frame, Rounded, Framed, Architectural, Arch or Round. Where space is limited, Rounded, Framed, Architectural, Arch and Round also have flat-backed versions for adhesive mounting. The A-frame is freestanding only.
Make the QR code easy to find.
Keep the code separate from dense artwork and give it clear margins. High contrast, lighting and the intended viewing distance matter. Do not place lettering over the code. Choose colors and size in the designer, then review the production proof and test the destination before approval. A larger sign may help visibility, but placement and final code detail still need review.
Your brand, printed into the design.
Ready Tap Go makes custom 3D-printed PLA signs with printed artwork, lettering and QR codes. Supply a logo you have permission to use, choose your colors and tell us the intended location. Standard signs are for indoor use; avoid excessive heat, direct sunlight and water exposure. The approved proof confirms the final design and specifications.
Keep control of the destination.
The printed QR code stores a fixed destination. Updating the content at the same URL can keep the sign useful, while moving to a new URL may require a redirect you manage. If you expect links to change, choose a stable address you control before production. Website hosting, menu software and booking subscriptions are separate from the physical sign.
From a design to a confirmed quote.
The designer shows current estimates for shape, size, colors and quantity. Submitting a design sends a quote request. Final artwork, delivery, tax and any mounting requirements are confirmed before you approve and pay through your private checkout link. Tell us where the sign will be used so the quote covers the right configuration.
Compare sign placement options
| Placement | Available formats | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Moveable indoor counter or table | A-frame, Rounded, Framed, Architectural, Arch, Round | Clear QR view, reachable tap area and stable surface |
| Fixed wall or countertop | Flat-backed Rounded, Framed, Architectural, Arch, Round | Surface material, adhesive selection and installation |
| Metal surface | Configuration reviewed in the quote | NFC tag/isolation method and a real location test |
Questions before you order
Can one sign open more than one destination?
NFC and QR can be assigned separately. For several choices from one QR code, provide a public landing page you manage and confirm the destination before production.
Can I change the printed QR code later?
The printed code is fixed. You can update the page at the same URL, or manage a redirect on a destination you control.
Are these just printed stickers?
Ready Tap Go signs use 3D-printed artwork, lettering and QR codes. The final appearance and details are confirmed in your production proof.
