Create your sign
Use the profile you want people to visit.
Supply the full HTTPS address of your business’s public Instagram profile. Check spelling, punctuation and the current username instead of relying on a handle typed from memory. If you want to link to another social platform, provide that exact address and describe the requested artwork in your quote request.
Show the purpose beside the code.
A clear invitation such as “Find us on Instagram” or “See our latest work” tells customers why they might scan. Use your business name and colors so the sign fits the reception desk or checkout counter. The sign opens a destination; following, signing in and other account actions remain choices the visitor makes on the platform.
Check the experience without your owner login.
Test the link on a mobile browser and, where possible, on a phone that is not signed into your business account. Confirm it opens the intended public profile. Social apps may prompt a visitor to sign in or open an installed app, so the sign cannot guarantee an identical experience for every customer.
Choose the format for your space.
An Arch or another freestanding style can suit a counter where customers already pause. Five flat-backed styles offer an adhesive wall or countertop option when standing space is limited. Keep the QR code visible and the tap area within reach; review the surface and mounting method before production.
Use one action or separate destinations.
You can request a social profile for both NFC and QR, or use separate links such as your website for tapping and Instagram for scanning. Label the actions clearly and check both links before approval. If you change a username later, test whether the printed destination still resolves rather than assuming the old profile URL will keep working.

Questions before you order
Does the sign automatically make someone follow us?
No. It opens the link you supply. Following and other account actions are the visitor’s choice on the social platform.
What if our Instagram username changes?
Test the old destination immediately. The printed QR code remains fixed, so a changed profile URL needs a destination plan or a new sign.
Can the QR link to Instagram and NFC to our website?
Yes. Supply the exact URL for each action and confirm the assignment in your production proof.
